Real cheapskates ride public transportation (and they buy the discounted tickets in advance , too, but that's another post). Bart.gov will tell you the schedules, but if you want to figure out what you're going to do once you get off the train, head on over to MyBART.org -- a site that lists events, discounts, and free giveaways sponsored by BART. I haven't one anything yet, but I've got my fingers-crossed that I'll be taking home this month's free $50 ticket!
